I noticed, with the previous spanish version of this course, that people of a lot of countries took it (also non spanish speaker countries like USA, UK, Germany,Brazil, France, Italy..…more than 100 countries!), so
you should not be surprised if you can get in touch here with a person of your own country and city.

When I started this course in spanish (2001st year) I thought that only people who live in Basque Country could be intereted in, but a short time after I realised that Basque Country has 8 provinces, the 7 you probably know (Bizkaia, Araba, Gipuzkoa, Nafarroa, Behe Nafarroa, Lapurdi y Zuberoa), and undoubtedly the 8th one which is composed with all the people who live abroad and feel love for the Basque culture (at present I also live in the 8th province, I live in Barcelona to be precise).
